Private AI · provable custody
Private AI built for sensitive data
Microfiber gives companies real AI leverage on their own data — in an environment whose custody you can control. The productivity of modern AI, without handing client data to a public API.
The problem
Regulated industries have the most to gain from AI — and the least ability to touch it.
01 / The gap is compounding
Every quarter, the companies feeding AI their real data pull further ahead — faster work, lower costs, decisions made in minutes. This isn't a productivity bump. It's a widening gap — and increasingly, an existential one.

Q1 · Q2 · Q3 · Q4 — the gap compounds, and it doesn't close on its own.
02 / Power you can't control
Frontier models changed the world — and left whole industries behind. The barrier to entry requires handing over private data to a platform you don't control, governed by terms you cannot predict. Exposure, lost custody, sudden lock-out, dependency on a black box you can't audit. It's a liability, not an upgrade.

03 / Too much to lose
The more you have to protect, the less you're able to use. The richest data carries the heaviest burden — and no frontier model ever presented a clear way to work it with private data sets.

The solution
Meet microfiber
A private AI ecosystem for companies who can't expose their data.
microfiber is a private, end-to-end AI ecosystem for companies whose data is too sensitive to expose. Modern AI runs on your own client data — fully in your custody, auditable, and compliant by design. The edge was never a bigger general model. It's intelligence working on the data only you have.
How it works
Watch the custody story assemble.
app + users · api.microfiber.[tld] with your key

your documents · cited answers
Your document corpus — stays inside a boundary we control.
stateless compute

- 01 /
Your firm
It starts with your own app and users, calling Microfiber through a private endpoint with your own key.
- 02 /
A boundary you control
Your data lands inside an Microfiber-controlled boundary — the data plane — an environment we run and you can attest to.
- 03 /
Grounded in your files
Inside it, a gateway and a retrieval layer reason over your documents and cite their sources. Your data stays inside the boundary we control.
- 04 /
Only stateless compute leaves
Just a prompt and the retrieved chunks go out to a stateless backend that stores nothing — and an answer comes back.
The product
One private platform. For your entire team.
Generic AI starts from zero on your data — and asks you to send it somewhere you can't. Microfiber is the opposite: one private platform your whole team works through, on infrastructure you control.
“What did we advise this client about depreciation in 2022?”
Developer API
Point your stack at one private, Anthropic-compatible endpoint. Your existing code works unchanged — just a new base URL and key. Build AI into your own products without your data ever leaving your control.
Microfiber Desktop App
Connect your work station files directly to microfiber's intelligent core, and engage directly through chat or workflows, all within the closed secure boundary with verifiable custody.
Microfiber Core
Your organization's entire body of work — documents, records, correspondence — protected inside Microfiber's secure boundary and transformed into instantly retrievable knowledge.
The proof
Security is promised. Custody is proven.
Everyone in AI promises to keep your data safe. Custody is different: your data stays inside a boundary you control, and you hold the record to prove it. Every request your AI handles is written to a verifiable, metadata-only log — timestamps, models, token counts, never your prompts or documents. The accountability your profession already requires, finally extended to AI.

Common questions
FAQ
Straight answers for the careful buyer.
No. We retrieve over your documents to ground answers; we never train or fine-tune on your data. Different mechanism, and the distinction is the whole point.
We don't have one. Microfiber has no proprietary model of its own to train, so there's no incentive — and no mechanism — to learn from what you feed it. Most privacy is a promise not to look; ours is an architecture with nothing to gain by looking.
Your documents stay inside an environment you control — never used for training, never retained, never mixed with another firm's. When the AI answers, only the specific excerpts it needs are processed: on our standard setup, by a contracted provider under a strict no-retention agreement; on our dedicated setup, on hardware inside your own boundary where nothing leaves at all. You choose what your obligations require.
Yes. Every request is written to a verifiable, metadata-only log — model, timestamp, token counts, never your content. It's the record your profession already requires, extended to AI: not a promise we handled your data right, a record that shows it.
